General Meeting
1. Introductions if new members/attendees are present. Provide time to new attendees to introduce
themselves and present their issues, reasons for attending and discuss involvement.
2. Review/approve minutes from February meeting
3. Member and Attendee Reports of items not on the agenda.
4. North South Route:
Update on status with C/CAG BPAC on route signage.
Approval of signage proposal
Meetings planned with SMC to discuss NS route signage.
Discussion on future plans and increasing involvement with more members and cities.
5. CCAG BPAC TDA-3 applications: two were for signage of the NS route.
6. Review/discussion on San Mateo County Dept of Parks on Proposed Highway 92 Bicycle/Pedestrian Overpass. Do we want to write a letter to endorse/support this concept?
7. Bicycle Parking: May 3-4 Maker Faire San Mateo County Expo Center,
Gladwyn is coordinating and will need help.
8. Thunderhead Campaign Training: In San Francisco April 11-13. In interested join the SVBC delegation to attend. Can we agree on a couple of campaign ideas prior to this training to develop during the training? Developing and working on a couple of campaign should be a committee goal for 2008.
9. Discussion of the MTC’s Transportation 2035, MTC’s major updating to the Bay Area regional transportation plan. What this is, who is responsible, what it means for San Mateo County and develop and discuss our position and response.
10. City Updates
Redwood City: McGarvey Street "traffic calming devices, status
San Mateo: 19th 101 overcrossing and bike lanes

Website status update and discussion BTWD Update and planning. SVBC planning committee is being formed, email shelleysvbcbikes [dot] org to join.
Amgen Tour Bike Parking, how did it go.
12. Open discussion on your top issues or suggestions to improve bicycling conditions in San Mateo County. Bring 2-3 ideas to build a list of suggestions. We will start a list for future discussions and comparisons to the SMC Master Plan
13. Continued discussion on 2008 goals and committee focus.
Non SVBC Members are welcome to attend and participate.
